Opening Day at Los Arbeles

Long ago, I used to listen To the Goddess (and Banana) podcast regarding events in second life. Later, they opened up a sim called Los Arbeles and had a big opening party. I took many snapshots and stitched them together to make a panaramic view, and then put the texture on the hollowed inside of a sphere. The end result was a sort of virtual room that allowed you to view the sim from 360 degrees. It reminded me of a snow glob so I put in a particle effect of snow flakes. Los Arbeles has recently changed hands from Banana Stein to Crap Mariner of Edloe island. I wonder what the future will hold for the island. From Dedric Mauriac via bloghud.com
